Azim is one of my great friends when I was studying at UNSOED. He is talented person, and he wants to be an English teacher. We’ve been talking about cameras and pictures for a while and he seems to be interested in owning digital camera too. Unfortunately, he hasn’t managed to get one, and that’s why he needs someone to take a picture of him. I was pleased to take  a picture of him, and here is some of them.

I was practicing the headshot tips from Peter Hurley, and this picture is the beginning of all. I’ve never realized that headshot is that complicated. There are many things that need to be adjusted to achieve the look we like the most. Nevertheless, I managed to get a solid picture that we both find pleasing.

For this picture, I tried to recreate a fashion look to showcase his expression, pose, and outfit. It is unfortunate that he didn’t wear anything special that day. After all, it was not a dedicated photoshot for fashion photography or anything commercial though.
